Build the network
Build roads and railways.
Start on the whole Korean Peninsula, on a regional map, or in a scenario from Korea’s transport history.
- Each town has its own colors and streets, plus landmarks such as N Seoul Tower, Hwaseong Fortress and Busan Tower
- Speed limits by road class, traffic lights that react to approaching vehicles, divided roads and one-way streets. Vehicles route around yesterday’s congestion
- Lay curved and branching track, bridges and tunnels. Roads across a river get a bridge automatically
- Supply chains from farm to table, cement, paper and logistics hubs, road-rail transfers, and refrigerated cargo that has to arrive fresh

Run the company
Raise money and run the company.
Financial statements arrive every fiscal year, and you raise money through investors, loans and an IPO. The Gazette reports first deliveries, unlocks and rival moves.
- IFRS-style income statement, balance sheet, changes in equity and cash flow every fiscal year
- Unlock vehicles, facilities, contracts and policies on the Development map, and set the company’s character with HQ policies
- Raise from an accelerator through Series A, B and C, and compare offers from other investors. A down round costs the company
- Loans that follow the base rate, corporate bonds and credit ratings, an IPO, share prices, dividends, shareholders’ meetings and taxes

Rivals and victory
Compete with AI rivals.
AI transport companies also run bus and truck lines, build freight railways, list on the exchange and pay dividends. You can lease them your stations and track for a fee.
- If the fee is too high, rivals turn it down
- You win by company value, IPO, wealth, cash, transport volume, or by merging every rival

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I play it now?
Yes. The Early Access build is on itch.io for the browser and Windows. Steam and STOVE releases are in preparation.
How much of the game is in Early Access?
The whole game is playable. Tell us in the itch.io comments what feels off or slow; a screenshot and what you were doing help a lot.
How is the web version different from Windows?
The web version runs without installing, but with smaller textures and pictures, and it is slower than the desktop build. Saves live in that browser and disappear if its data is cleared.
Which language does it use?
It follows your system language, English unless the system is Korean, and you can switch any time in Settings › Language.
